MY FREAKING HOLOSUN EPS CARRY RETICLE STUCK - HELP!

Okay guys, We're having a major issue with my Holosyn EPS Carry. The reticle is completely frozen. I've tried everything - taking it apart, cleaning it, adjusting the settings, but nothing seems to work. It's like the whole thing is glued together. Has anyone else ever experienced this problem? Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated
